As we approach the end of another eventful year, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and collaboration. Looking back at 2025, it has been a year defined by important milestones, strengthened partnerships, and progress across our organisation.
We continued to develop our product portfolio with solutions designed to enhance both safety and efficiency for users — from updates to the T50 and K20 systems, to new concepts, like the K60, adapted for specific market needs. Our participation at trade fairs such as NUFAM and Solutrans allowed us to meet many of you in person, exchange valuable insights, and deepen our understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping the transport industry.
A transformation journey to build a stronger Kinnegrip and a strengthened offering
Over the past years, Kinnegrip has undergone an important transformation — a journey focused on strengthening our competitiveness, increasing efficiency, and building long-term capacity for growth. Our establishment in Poland, decided in 2023 and initiated in 2024 with the opening of our Polish operations, is now approaching its planned milestone. The final production transfers from Sweden are being completed this December, as our T50 production moves to Poland.
Going forward, our focus is to continue developing both operations. Sweden will remain our Center of Excellence for steel production, while Poland serves as our central hub for assembly, warehousing, and logistics. This structure strengthens our ability to deliver reliable quality, greater flexibility, and shorter lead times for our customers throughout Europe.
Internally, we have made significant improvements in both Sweden and Poland. We advanced the digitalisation of our systems, strengthened production capabilities, and invested in training and development to ensure long-term safety, quality, and sustainability. These efforts reflect our commitment to continuous improvement — an essential part of how we create lasting value for you.
As part of this digitalisation journey, we also strengthened our international online presence. This autumn, we launched our website in five additional languages. In addition to English, it is now available in German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, and French — making it even easier for customers and partners across Europe to access information and explore our offering.
As we prepare for the year ahead, we are pleased to share that a new colleague will join our commercial team.
From January 1st, Frank Ceuppens will step into the role of External Sales Representative and serve as our presence in the Eastern European market, driving business development and deepening customer relationships across the region. With deep knowledge of our full product range and extensive industry experience, Frank will be a fantastic addition to Kinnegrip. His expertise and customer-focused approach will strengthen our presence in his regions and support our ambition to stay close to our partners throughout Europe.
In 2026, we proudly celebrate 60 years as a trusted partner in the transport industry — six decades shaped by innovation, collaboration, and the people who have placed their confidence in us.
Our anniversary also gives us an opportunity to highlight the values that continue to guide us:
These values have defined our journey for 60 years – and they will continue to guide us as we shape the decades ahead, together with you.
We wish you a warm and peaceful Christmas, and a successful and inspiring New Year.
Thank you for being part of our story – and the future we are building together.
Team Kinnegrip
